From the chosen fabric, lining, embroidery, beading and design, all of these crucial aspects of your wedding attire will be carefully thought of and curated specifically to your character, style and values.
Custom Process:
The entire process takes 24 weeks (6 months). The exploration phase consist of back and forth chats with the Silviyana team to determine your dream dress, we will chat about your eco values, and advice accordingly on materials that would fit those values. We will also create a sketch that will illustrate your dream dress on paper, and we will meticulously and diligently work with you on fine tuning the final design of your wedding attire.
We will work together on when your final fitting will take place, based on your wedding preparation goals. The final fitting will comprise of a 22 point measuring chart that will determine a perfect fit, just for you (side note: we even measure the distance between your two breast points ’cause we know that all breasts are not the same).
We will create a schedule for when to expect status updates from the Silviyana team on the progress of your dress.
If you receive your wedding gown in the mail, and are not happy with the craftsmanship or fit, send it back to us and we will alter it to perfection. This is why we ask for a $300 custom fee. To guarantee your happiness at the end of the day. Please be kind, we do not possess magical powers, we cannot make the dress fit you properly if there are major changes to your measurements after the final measurements have been done. Where shall we begin… every situation and every bride is different so we evaluate your needs base on your situation. If we have taken your measurements and see constant changes in your measurements chart, we will work with finding the right seamstress to measure you at the latest possible date closest to your wedding date to ensure the most accurate fit.
If you suddenly lose weight due to anxiety a month before your wedding date, we can use this insurance to do final alterations for you.
If you see the embroidery on the gown and the beads or thread don’t seem right, we can adjust this for you using this custom insurance.
We are a small business and we work hard to make you happy, but please be kind. Our Dress Box service allows you to try on any of our wedding gowns in the comfort of your own home. We offer this service to brides in North America for a standard shipping fee of $25 (charged upon check-out).

Dress Box Details:
You have 3 days to try it on. During the day, at night, with your hair down, with your hair up, with your girl friends, with your future in-laws. Just enjoy!
When you are ready — no longer than 3 days after receipt — just pack it up, attach the return shipping label and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
And to top it off, there is a flat fee on shipping, which means you pay $25 for shipping and, you can try on as many dresses as you would like!

Should we not hear from you after 2 calendar days from the estimated date of returning your Dress Box, we will have to assume that you are keeping the dress. We will then charge you the full price of the dresses you ordered. We really do not want to this and love our dresses a lot, so keep us in the loop.
