ordering process

dress box

To order a dress box, simply go through the check-out and order the dresses you’d like to try on in the comfort of your very own home. 

As  a budding business, we have limited stock, should the dresses be unavailable as other brides are trying  them on, we will refund you the full amount of your order. Due to COVID-19, we have a 2 week gap between Dress Box orders to allow for plenty of time to sanitize and refresh our dresses between try-ons.

standard sizes

As a sustainable brand, we do not believe in producing products that do not have a home and purpose. As such, we kindly ask that you give us 8 weeks minimum to complete your standard size orders. 

made-to-measure sizes

As it may take a bit of time to draft and pattern the dress to your specific measurements, we kindly ask that you give us 12 weeks to complete a made-to-measure order. You have an option to have a muslin/mock-up to test the fit of your dress before we proceed to final construction.

custom orders

We work hard to ensure that your special dress truly represents your character, values and story. As such, we have an extensive process:

  1. Step 1. What is your story? We hop on an exploration Zoom call to find out about your story. We talk about your engagement, passion and values and we curate a sketch of our initial thoughts on your dream dress.

  3. Step 2. Celebrating your uniqueness We hop on a Zoom  measurement call to get your 22 point measurements. 
  4.  
  5. Step 3. Goldilocks moment We send you a muslin/mock-up dress in the mail so you can test how the dress looks on you. This is where we do the finer measurement adjustments and test whether the style is exactly how you imagined it to be.  We make final adjustments to the pattern and style before we proceed with construction.
