CANCELLATIONS
You have 24 hours after ordering to change your order or cancel your order, after 24 hours, orders are deemed final. At this point, no cancellations or changes are allowed.
RETURNS
For custom and made-to-order pieces, we do not offer returns. Please see our exchange policy for further details.
If you ordered from one of our ready to wear collection and ordered a standard size, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return. After 30 days from the date you received your order, we can no longer offer you returns.
To be able to eligible for the return policy, we kindly ask that all items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Customer shoulders the cost of the return shipping.

If you are not happy with your custom or made-to-order pieces, contact us, we may be able to find a way to remedy the situation. If not, we do have the option of exchanging your unwanted custom or made-to-measure piece with a sample. As this is evaluated on a case by case basis, please contact us for futher information.
For orders through our ready to wear collection that ordered a standard size, we only do exchanges on defective or damaged items.
